We provide base level services at market rates and allow the client to add customized services to meet their needs. The principals of Foundation Property Management have successfully managed residential property, commercial property and condominiums for 10 years. We have four experienced and well connected advisors, the most experienced condominium lawyer in Calgary and friendly, knowledgeable administrators. Currently, we have three main administrators that are focused on customer service and providing a boutique feel when dealing with our company. These administrators are happy to attend your board meetings and help where ever possible. We also have in house custodial, landscaping and snow removal services. We work directly with Financial Advisors to safely manage the reserve funds, performing a monthly review to ensure reserve fund performance is matching projections.  |
